Mescalero Pipeline, LLC Tarrant County, Texas Completed and testified in a hearing in Tarrant County in July 2011.

DCP Midstream: Pipeline Projects Wise, Jack, Johnson, Leon, Walker and Montgomery Counties, Texas Completed a multi-county market study, damage study and 13 follow up appraisals in Wise and Jack Counties.  In addition, completed 12 amendment appraisals for the Southern Hills pipeline acquisition in the various other counties.
